Neji Hyuga in GTA

Neji Hyūga (日向ネジ, Hyūga Neji) is one of the main supporting characters
of Naruto series. He is a jōnin-level shinobi of Konohagakure's Hyūga
clan and a member of Team Guy, with Rock Lee and Tenten as his
team-mates. He is also a member of the Second Division of the Allied
Shinobi Forces.
