Uchiha Itachi

I revived this old post, to write new mod about Itachi Uchiha (うちはイタチ, Uchiha Itachi). He is Sasuke Uchiha's older brother, an S-rank missing-nin from Konohagakure and a prominent member of Akatsuki who was partnered with Kisame Hoshigaki.
